A simple general health answer to, “Are you hydrated enough?” is you should be peeing about 4 to 6 times a day. Really, this means you should have the urge to pee between 4 to 6 times per day. What this translates to is, if you're getting proper hydration your bladder should fill up after about 3-4 hours of regular activity.
Don't worry if you're only able to go two or three times a day. Your kidneys can dynamically change how much they process once your bladder starts to fill up so they will not overfill your bladder.
